Really good Stay with Fantastic Amenities

The bedding was comfortable. The airport shuttle service was reliable, which eased my travels around Douala. Pro-tip , request a room away from the music for quieter evenings!

Comfortable hotel in a great location in a nice area, liked this place. Comforts of a double room were fabulous - television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Location: the property was not far from Douala.

The most important was the staff - attentive and competent people.

K Hotel offers a fabulous rooftop pool with fine views, plush beds that ensure a good night's sleep, and a restaurant serving really good breakfasts that set the tone for the day. The staff are attentive.

I felt spoiled by the spacious and beautiful Beautiful Room, complete with plush beds and a rain shower. The dining options were really good, with delicious food that surpassed my expectations, especially the breakfast offerings. The rooftop pool provided fine views and was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

the location was marvellous for my stay, 500 feet from bonanjo park. the hotel was in a nice area, not far from douala.

The location of K Hotel is perfect, right in the heart of Douala. I loved the gorgeous hotel, with its lovely scent and consistently clean environment. The Beautiful Room was spacious, with a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. Breakfast stood out too. The selection included a variety of delicious cheeses and salads, and the omelette was great. The printer in the business area had many issues. I could only print one page at a time, frustrating. The music in the lobby was a bit loud. The pool was unfortunately closed , a letdown since the atmosphere around it looked inviting. Service varied. Most staff were friendly, but I did encounter a few who were less accommodating. Despite a few hiccups, I had a great time.

The breakfast options need serious improvement, lacking variety and freshness. The gym needs more equipment to match expectations, and the AC in the restaurant and lobby area was uncomfortably cold. Room service also interrupted too frequently, which can be bothersome seeking privacy.

I enjoyed the really good customer service throughout my stay, made things easier.

Excellent for solo travelers

One moment that stood out was when Syndyblanche went out of her way to ensure I had every comfort I needed it was like home.

It wasn't cheap but honestly worth the experience.

I loved the exquisite food options and the charming decor that creatively blends African and Western art. The rooftop was a great spot to unwind after a long day. I did find it odd that my deluxe room lacked a proper desk for work.. I'd definitely choose this place again!

We had an amazing stay at K Hotel in Douala. the brand new building has a fresh and sophisticated smell, and the rooms are classy and cozy. the bathroom amenities are top-notch, with A Plus brand fixtures. the hotel's free airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, especially with flight delays. the staff was incredibly friendly and always available. We loved being able to maintain our workout routine at the well-equipped gym.
