I felt spoiled by the spacious and beautiful Deluxe Room, complete with plush beds and a rain shower that made every moment enjoyable. The dining options were exceptional, with delicious food that surpassed my expectations, especially the breakfast offerings. The rooftop pool provided stunning views and was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

The location of K Hotel is perfect, right in the heart of Douala. I loved the gorgeous property, with its lovely scent and consistently clean environment. The Deluxe Room was spacious, featuring a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area, which made it perfect for relaxing. Breakfast stood out too. the selection included a variety of delicious cheeses and salads, and the omelette was top-notch. However, the printer in the business area had many issues. I could only print one page at a time, which was frustrating. The music in the lobby was a bit loud, making it hard to have conversations. Also, the pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, which was a letdown since the atmosphere around it looked inviting. Service varied. most staff were friendly, but I did encounter a few who were less accommodating. Overall, despite a few hiccups, I had a great time.

The breakfast options need serious improvement, lacking variety and freshness. The gym needs more equipment to match expectations, and the AC in the restaurant and lobby area was uncomfortably cold. Room service also interrupted too frequently, which can be bothersome for guests seeking privacy.

It was just a balanced option for a short-term stay in Douala with good price-value balance. I enjoyed the exceptional customer service throughout my stay, which made things easier.

Excellent for solo travelers

I had a great time with the staff being very polite and attentive. One moment that stood out was when Syndyblanche went out of her way to ensure I had every comfort I needed it felt like home.

It wasn't cheap but honestly worth the experience.

I absolutely loved the exquisite food options and the charming decor that creatively blends African and Western art. The rooftop was a great spot to unwind after a long day. However, I did find it odd that my deluxe room lacked a proper desk for work, making it less suitable for business trips. I'd definitely choose this place again!
